My name is Jim Curtis, and I am a personal injury and trial lawyer based in Apollo Beach, Florida, serving injured individuals and families throughout Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Riverview, Parrish, Palmetto, and the greater Tampa Bay area.

When I was nine years old, I suffered a serious neck injury in a motor vehicle accident. While I was able to move forward with my life, the long-term effects of that injury never fully went away. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve lived firsthand with how an accident can permanently change your body, your comfort, and your future.
